These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which Deco Hardwood Floor provides estimates.
Estimates
Estimates are based on what we can see at the time we look. Where the condition of a subfloor, the remaining thickness of a floor or the cause of damage turns out to be different from what was visible, we will tell you before continuing rather than after.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work for 2 months from completion against defects in workmanship. That warranty does not cover material supplied by the customer, water damage, or damage from misuse. This is the whole of it, stated plainly, and we would rather say two months honestly than a longer number we would argue about later.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the workmanship warranty stated above, the information on this website is provided as is. We make no other warranties, express or implied, about the content of this site, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Housing figures quoted on this site come from the US Census Bureau and describe an area, not your specific house.
Payment
We accept Zelle, Cash, Check. Material orders require a deposit before the material is bought, and the amount is agreed with you in advance.
